Recalling Mail in Microsoft Outlook

If you send a mail from Outlook and if it has some mistake in it
and you wantedto recall it
Step 1
Go to the Sent Items folder in Outlook and open the message you want to recall.

Step 2
Click on Recall This Message in the Actions menu.
(Check Tools menu if you didnt find in Actions)

Step 3
If your message hasn't already been opened by the recipient,
either delete the message or replace it with a new message.

(If the recipient has already seen,we are given up :-)
But there's a chance that some of the recipients might not have already checked it)

Discover designing BCC field while writing Microsoft Outlook New Mail

Most of the corporate Outlook Mailboxes of Microsoft does not defaultly give
BCC address field..

Here's the way I discovered today to design my own mail form containing BCC field

Steps

1.) Create a new mail using Ctrl+N
2.) Tools -> Forms -> Design this form
3.) Use Mail fields in drop down which appears as a pop-up
4.) Drag and drop the Bcc field

and customise it as per your requirements

Remote Desktop Windows Shortcuts

Most of the time, I work on Remote Desktop

When I'm in remote desktop window (Windows XP) the most common keyboards shortcuts I need are

CTRL+ALT+END - Displays the Task Manager

CTRL+ALT+Break - To switch Remote Desktop between full screen and windowed mode.

CTRL+ESC - Displays the Start menu.

Useful Tip for FireFox to run faster

Here’s something for broadband people that will really speed Firefox up:

1.Type “about:config” into the address bar and hit return. Scroll down and look for the following entries:

network.http.pipelining network.http.proxy.pipelining network.http.pipelining.maxrequests

Normally the browser will make one request to a web page at a time. When you enable pipelining it will make several at once, which really speeds up page loading.

2. Alter the entries as follows:

Set “network.http.pipelining” to “true”

Set “network.http.proxy.pipelining” to “true”

Set “network.http.pipelining.maxrequests” to some number like 30. This means it will make 30 requests at once.
